Meet The Founder

Mlungisi Zitha is the Founder and Managing Director of Kwinika Holdings. He is a passionate engineer and strategic thinker with extensive knowledge in civil, electrical, and mechanical engineering. His hands-on approach and technical expertise enable him to lead complex infrastructure projects and workshop operations with confidence and precision.

Mlungisi is a qualified artisan in both boilermaking and welding and holds an N2 qualification in Diesel Mechanics, making him a well-rounded technical leader. He also holds a National Diploma in Operations Management (Industrial) from Tshwane University of Technology (TUT), reflecting his strong understanding of managing productive and efficient organisational systems.

Under his leadership, Kwinika Holdings has grown into a reputable and trusted brand, recognised for its technical excellence, customer satisfaction, and commitment to community development. Mlungisi is deeply passionate about youth empowerment and skills transfer, ensuring the company not only delivers exceptional results but also leaves a lasting legacy.
